The fitness and diet plans are of a wide variety. Baqar creates workouts that can be followed outdoors, in your home, at the gym and even while you travel; the possibilities are infinite.
The workout plans and routines are prepared and provided directly by Baqar Nasser. He helps you from the beginning who will stay with your throughout your fitness journey!
It depends on your target and your current body fat percentage. We would also like to add that the results of any fitness plan cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions.
Duration can range anywhere between 50-60 mins, depending on your goals and may be for some people 2 sessions a day as well where the second session could be a simple low intensity walk or jog
You need to ask yourself the question what is it about the program that you don't enjoy. May be you didn't understand it clearly or may be it is not what you are used to. Sometimes it takes a couple of sessions to get out of your comfort zone and start a new program. Even after 4 weeks if you still not happy then you are always welcome to change the program or decide to leave. Either way we will always try to make you more comfortable and help you achieve your goals.
