Season competitions are scored on attendance, intensity and challenge completion. Coach decisions are final.
Coach replies are best-effort within working hours; emergency medical concerns should go to a qualified doctor.
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
Features available to you depend on your active membership. Membership access ends upon expiry unless renewed.
Memberships and products require payment before activation unless manually approved by an administrator. Prices may change without prior notice.
Unless required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable. Partial usage does not qualify for refunds.
Members may participate only in sessions permitted by their membership. Baqar Wellness reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify sessions.
Plans provided are intended for general wellness guidance. Members should consult qualified medical professionals before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, especially with existing medical conditions.
Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own health decisions. Baqar Wellness is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow professional medical advice.
You agree not to share offensive content, abuse coaches or staff, share another user's information, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt platform operations. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
All content including workout videos, diet plans, training materials, images, branding, and documents is owned by Baqar Wellness or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit this content without written permission.
Progress photos or success stories will only be used for promotional purposes after obtaining your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Baqar Wellness provides wellness coaching and educational guidance. We do not guarantee specific weight loss, fitness outcomes, or performance results. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and health conditions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or cause harm to other users.
Your use of the application is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.
